VIII.  Consideration of Minutes of the Previous Meeting: December 16, 2025

01.               Presented for consideration is a request for  accreditation with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization of  TAMBIS INTEGRATED AGRI-GROWERS ASSOCIATION with office address at Tambis II, Poblacion, Tabango, Leyte.

02.               Presented for consideration is a request for accreditation with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization TABANGO INTEGRATED GOAT ENTREPRENEURS AND RAISERS (TIGER) with office address at Sitio Tambis I, Barangay Poblacion, Tabango, Leyte.

03.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated December 5, 2025 from Ms. Agnes C. Rafon, PLUC Chairperson and OIC-PPDC, furnishing copy to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of PLUC Resolution No. 2025-05, series of 2025 endorsing  the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance for Calendar Years 2018 to 2027 of the Municipality of Babatngon, Leyte  for appropriate action, subject to compliance of the comments and recommendations of the PLUC.

04.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated  December 5, 2025 from Ms. Agnes C. Rafon, PLUC Chairperson and OIC-PPDC, furnishing copy to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of PLUC Resolution No. 2025-05, series of 2025 endorsing the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance for Calendar Years 2025 to 2034 of the Municipality of Tanauan, Leyte for   appropriate action subject to compliance of the comments and recommendations of the PLUC.

05.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated December 15, 2025 from Ms. Agnes C. Rafon, PLUC Chairperson and OIC-PPDC, endorsing to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the sets of documents relative to the Revised Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance for Planning Years 2023 to 2032 of the Municipality of Matalom, Leyte for approval and authentication of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

06.               Presented for consideration is a General  Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY  2025 of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte amounting to Php5,848,932.55 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-021. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December  12, 2025.

07.               Presented for consideration is a General  Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Tunga, Leyte amounting to Php384,705.68 under Appropriation Ordinance No, 04, Series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December  16, 2025.

08.               Presented for consideration is a General  Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Javier, Leyte amounting to Php523,268.18 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-13. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December  16, 2025.

09.               Presented for consideration is a General  Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php8,484,309.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-20.  Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 16, 2025.

10.               Presented for consideration is a Annual Budget CY 2026 of the Municipality of Palompon, Leyte amounting to Php394,570.344.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 510-290925. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 17, 2025 together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) FOR CY2026 amounting to Php701,465,635.72.
