Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 16, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 02 in the amount of Php33,000,000.00.

10 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 11 S. 2022 of Tolosa, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION II (FARE MATRIX SYSTEM) OF ORDINANCE NO. 2, SERIES OF 2018, RE: AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLE ENGAGED IN TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY.” With information from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 16, 2023, that a clarification of some items in the said ordinance be made on the grounds that they do not appear in the “Definition of Terms” of this ordinance.
11 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2022-08 of Tanauan, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE MOBILE HEALTH CARE SERVICE FOR THE ELDERLY PROGRAM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, LEYTE; PROVIDING GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 6, 2023.

22 Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 22-004 of Mahaplag, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE RESOLUTION NO. 019 SERIES OF 2022 OF THE MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (MDRRMC) ENTITLED “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REALIGNMENT OF FUNDS UNDER THE 70% PRE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS FUND OF CALENDAR YEAR 2022 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 2,500,000.00)” With recommendation from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated December 23, 2022, that a REVIEW be made on Ordinance No. 22-004 to ensure that the same does not violate the provision under Section 336 of the Code.
