01 ABIJAO INTEGRATED FARMERS ASSOCIATION (AIFA) of Brgy. Abijao, Villaba, Leyte ; and
02 BARANGAY ARINGIT FARMER’S ASSOCIATION (BAFA) of Brgy. Aringit, Pastrana, Leyte ;
03 Presented for consideration is a letter dated March 2, 2023 from Agnes C. Rafon, OIC-PPDC, Chairperson, Provincial Land Use Committee, in response to SP Res. No. 2023-069 dated February 7, 2023, with the information that the said ordinance is valid and that formulation of the said Municipal Forest Land Use Plan was in accordance with DENR guidelines.

Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 2, 2023, together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php1,901,106,356.19.
05 Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Santa Fe, Leyte amounting to Php110,539,550.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-09. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 20, 2023, together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for FY 2023 in the amount of Php113,143,226.60.
06 Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Inopacan, Leyte amounting to Php121,611,500.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 22-05. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 3, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for FY 2023 in the amount of Php2,711,794,911.35.
07 Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2023 of Tanauan, Leyte amounting to Php223,474,205.26 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-10. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 7, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php223,474,205.26.
08 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 FY 2022 of Kananga, Leyte amounting to Php7,262,500.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 23L.22-022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 6, 2023.
09 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 01, S. 2023 of Abuyog, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A MECHANISM FOR THE GRANT OF SANGGUNIANG BAYAN RESOLUTION TO APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL SAND AND GRAVEL QUARRY IMPOSING FEES, CHARGES AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.” A revised ordinance in compliance with SP Resolution No. 2022-467 dated September 27, 2022.
