AGENDA OF THE 131st REGULAR SESSION SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN Province of Leyte April 22, 2025

01.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2024 of Alangalang, Leyte amounting to Php5,885,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 S. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS  by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 9, 2025, together with Second Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) 2024  in the amount of Php19,180,000.00.

02.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2024 of San Miguel, Leyte amounting to Php5,789,466.67 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-03. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS  by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 11, 2025, together with  Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 03 CY 2024  of the same amount.

03.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget  FY 2025 of Carigara, Leyte amounting to Php286,612,854.51 under Appropriation Ordinance No.   2024-220. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS  by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 7, 2025, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2025 in the amount of Php495,433,269.27.

04.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated April 10, 2025 from the Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla submitting the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025 of the Provincial Government of Leyte amounting to Php156,381,131.00.

05.               Presented for consideration are pertinent documents for the SB of Palo, Leyte relative to the quarry application referred to in Municipal Resolution No. 2024-212 of Palo, Leyte which support the request of applicant Mr. Steven G. Tubio to quarry over designated lots located at Brgy. Barayong, Palo, Leyte and in compliance with SP Resolution No. 2025-024 dated January 21, 2025.

06.               Presented for consideration is a Water Permit Application WPA NO. VIII-LEY-2025-03-161 to 162 filed by JE HYDRO & BIO – ENERGY CORPORATION located at Brgy. Calingcaguing, Barugo, Leyte, with a request that said application be posted on the Bulletin board of the office.

07.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated April 7, 2025 from Christopher A. Garcia, Acting General Manager, DORELCO, furnishing copy of ERC Order and ERC Notice of Virtual Hearing dated February 21, 2025 relative to ERC CASE NO. 2024-019 RC, with a request for posting and issuance of certification.
