01. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Capoocan, Leyte in the amount of Php22,742,197.11 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 13, series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 16, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 02 in the amount of Php34,310,756.74.
02. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2024 of Tunga, Leyte in the amount of Php8,816,559.35 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, S. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 13, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 FY 2024 in the amount of Php28,510,500.00.
03. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 of Dulag, Leyte in the amount of Php12,716,544.81 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-1. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 11, 2024, together with CY 2024 Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) of the same amount.
04. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 of Palompon, Leyte in the amount of Php16,670,587.32 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 492-280824, same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 16, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (S-AIP) No. 3 FY 2024 of the same amount.
05. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of La Paz, Leyte in the amount of Php16,312,907.39 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 19, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 1 CY 2024 in the amount of Php9,000,998.11.
06. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of BALINSASAYAO SMALL COCONUT FARMERS ASSOCIATION (BASCOFA), with office address at Brgy. Balinsasayao, Abuyog, Leyte, with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non-government organization.
07. Presented for consideration are documents relative to reclassification of lands submitted by the SB Secretary of Albuera in compliance to SP Resolution No. 2024-368 dated September 3, 2024.
08. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-11 of Tanauan, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SERVICES OFFICER III, WITH SALARY GRADE 18, IN THE GENERAL SERVICES SECTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, LEYTE, DEFINING ITS QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND FUNCTION AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 12, 2024.
09. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-12 of Tanauan, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III (COMPUTER OPERATOR II), SG-9; AND ENGINEER I, SG-12, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 12, 2024.
10. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-10 of Alangalang, Leyte, entitled: “ORDINANCE PROVIDING WAGE INCREASE FOR JOB ORDER PERSONNEL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALANGALANG, LEYTE”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 12, 2024.
11. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-03 Series of 2024, of San Miguel, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2021-05, SERIES OF 2021 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE SAN MIGUEL TOURISM CODE OF 2021 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MIGUEL, LEYTE” BY SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 16, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 26 Series of 2024 of Jaro, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE WILDLIFE PROTECTION OF JARO, LEYTE AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 11, 2024.
13. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 27 Series of 2024 of Jaro, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF RIVERS OWNED WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF JARO, LEYTE AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 11, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 28 Series of 2024 of Jaro, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING AN ANNUAL LIFE AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE BENEFIT TO ALL BARANGAY HEALTH WORKERS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, PROVINCE OF LEYTE”. 15. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-01 of Hindang, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SCRAP TRADING OPERATORS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINDANG, LEYTE FROM UTILIZING, HIRING MINORS IN DOING BUSINESS SUCH AS BUYING, SELLING, DISMANTLING AND ARRANGING SCRAP MATERIALS IN THEIR WORK STATION, SETTING THE STANDARD BUSINESS OPERATING REQUIREMENTS AND IMPOSING APPROPRIATE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING THEREOF”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 18, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-03 of Hindang, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ABOLITION OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT IV SG-22 ITEM 54 UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HINDANG, LEYTE”. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-04 of Hindang, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING NEW POSITIONS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HINDANG, LEYTE AND DETERMINING ITS FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF”. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-11 of Javier, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE PLANTILLA ITEM POSITIONS OF NURSE II, SALARY GRADE 15, UNDER THE JAVIER MUNICIPAL INFIRMARY AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV (ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II) SALARY GRADE 15, UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JAVIER, LEYTE”. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-12 of Javier, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING DIFFERENT PLANTILLA ITEM POSITIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR AND JAVIER MUNICIPAL INFIRMARY OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JAVIER, LEYTE”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 16, 2024.

Presented for consideration is City Ordinance No. 11, S-2024 of Baybay City, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FRAMEWORK FOR THE TRANSFER OF OPERATION, DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PORT OF BAYBAY CITY FROM PHILIPPINE PORTS AUTHORITY TO LGU-BAYBAY CITY, CREATING ITS OFFICE AND PLANTILLA POSITIONS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”.
