34.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 05 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte amounting to Php6,349,473.68 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 25-204, Series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 16, 2026.

35.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Barugo, Leyte amounting to Php11,003,701.79 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 25, S. 2025 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) in the amount of Php77,271,701.79. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 16, 2026.

36.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget  FY 2026 of the Municipality of Pastrana, Leyte amounting to Pph166,283,589.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 38, Series of 2025 together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) in the amount of Php473,124,984.45. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 16, 2026.

37.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget  FY 2026 of the Municipality of Alangalang, Leyte under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2026 together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for 2026. Same is RETURNED WITHOUT PRELIMINARY REVIEW ACTION  by the Local Finance Committee per  letter dated February 18, 2026 due to some deficiencies and lacking documentary requirements.
