15. Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 160 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS AND OTHER PLACES AND SPACES CONSIDERED AS HIGH RISK TO INSTALL VIDEO CAMERA/S OR CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 4, 2023.

Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 26, 2023, together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for FY 2023 in the amount of Php568,732,938.00.
18. Presented for consideration is Annual Budget CY 2023 of San Isidro, Leyte amounting to Php155,370,606.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-01 Series 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 4, 2023, after the LGU complied its deficiencies.
19. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2023 of Palompon, Leyte amounting to Php79,747,401.39 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 475-200323. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 9, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 1 (Supplemental-AIP No.1) for CY 2023 of the same amount.
20. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Tolosa, Leyte amounting to Php106,932,071.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 Series 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 26, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for FY 2023 of the same amount.
21. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2022 of Calubian, Leyte amounting to Php6,026,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 C.S. 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 10, 2023, after the LGU complied its deficiencies.
22. Presented for consideration is a letter dated May 10, 2023 from Allan L. Laniba, General Manager, DORELCO, formally requesting for endorsement from the August Body in support to DORELCO’s application for a grant of franchise in Congress.
