Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Alangalang, Leyte in the amount of Php19,487,358.55 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SIP) CY 2026 in the amount of Php19,988,434.24. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated August 26, 2026.
28. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Santa Fe, Leyte in the amount of Php3,900,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-014, Series of 2026, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2026 of the same amount. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 1, 2026.
29. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Capoocan, Leyte in the amount of Php3,928,533.20 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 06, Series of 2026, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2026 in the amount of Php101,925,180.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 1, 2026.
30. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2026 of the Municipality of Palompon, Leyte in the amount of Php15,431,695.43 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 525-270726, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2026 of the same amount. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated August 26, 2026.

34. Presented for consideration is an Advisory dated August 3, 2026 from Mr. Arnel M. Agabe, CESO III, Regional Director, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Region VIII, relative to Community Grant Fund (CGF) Implementation Guidelines and key schedule for CY 2026.
36. Presented for consideration is a copy of JOINT APPLICATION for approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement (EPSA) filed with the Energy Regulatory Commission between Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative, Inc. (DORELCO) and FDC Misamis Power Corporation (FDC Misamis), with motion for confidential treatment of information.
37. Presented for consideration is a letter dated August 26, 2026 from Hon. Mark Christopher T. Javier, Municipal Vice Mayor, Municipality of Javier, Leyte addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte requesting for RECONSIDERATION AND AFFIRMATION OF VALIDITY of Ordinance No. 2026-03 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE HAULING OR TRANSPORTING OF SAND, GRAVEL, AND OTHER QUARRY RESOURCES WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JAVIER, LEYTE, IRRESPECTIVE OF SOURCE, IMPOSING FEES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.”
39. Presented for consideration is a letter dated September 1, 2026 addressed to Hon. Leonardo M. Javier, Jr., Vice Governor and the Honorable Board Members of Leyte from Atty. Carlo P. Loreto, Chairman, Committee on Education, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Leyte respectfully suggesting the passage of a resolution expressing support, commitment and the enactment of the following Senate Bills into law:

40. Presented for consideration is a letter from SRTONG BUILT (MINING) DEVELOMENT CORPORATION dated September 03, 2026, informing the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte regarding the Cutter-Suction Dredger (CSD) that has been deployed in the water of MacArthur, Leyte, and is no longer visible from the shoreline.
41. Presented for consideration is a letter from the Hon. Carlos Jericho L. Petiila dated September 7, 2026 requesting for authority to use the Energy Regulations 1-94 funds in the execution of the Annual Works Program 2026 amounting to Php 1,160,000.00.
