Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 17, 2026.

31.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2026 of the Municipality of Barugo, Leyte amounting to Php223,403,442.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 21, Series of 2025 together with Annual Investment Program CY 2026 (AIP) in the amount of Php268,785,938.63. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 17, 2026.

32.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2026 of the Municipality of Albuera, Leyte amounting to Php359,250,897.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-06 together with Annual Investment Program CY 2026 (AIP) in the amount of Php2,063,394,305.07. 33.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2026 of the Municipality of Matag-ob, Leyte amounting to Php166,725,442.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, Series of 2025 together with Annual Investment Program CY 2026 (AIP) in the amount of Php2,517,258,177.22. 34.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2  FY 2025 of the Municipality of Matalom, Leyte amounting to Php15,523,708.53 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2025.
