Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 9, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (Supplemental Budget No. 01, s. 2022) in the amount of Php14,057,572.62.
02. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2022 of Babatngon, Leyte amounting to Php3,060,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 423. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 13, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (Supplemental Budget No. 02, s. 2022) in the amount of Php3,060,000.00.
03. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2022 of Dagami, Leyte amounting to Php4,549,500.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 s. 2022. 04. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 CY 2022 of La Paz, Leyte amounting to Php1,150,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 CY 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 13, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 02 for CY 2022 in the amount of Php1, 150,000.00.
05. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2022 of Mayorga, Leyte amounting to Php3,486,209.73 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02-2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 13, 2023, together with FY 2022 Supplemental Annual Investment Plan in the amount of Php3,486,209.73.
06. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 05 FY 2022 of Capoocan, Leyte amounting to Php4,359,260.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 11, series of 2022. 13. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Barugo, Leyte amounting to Php150,353,809.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 12 S. 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 9, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php453,119,432.29.
14. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2023 of Tabango, Leyte amounting to Php146,541,035.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-04. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 13, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php415,440,368.45.
15. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Bato, Leyte amounting to Php173,097,307.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-03. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 16, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php 262,978,793.00.
16. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Mahaplag, Leyte amounting to Php138,604,017.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 22-07. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 13, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php138,604,017.00.
17. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Babatngon, Leyte amounting to Php151,055,332.73 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 420. Resubmitted to the SP with compliance of deficiencies and/or lacking documents.
18. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2023-155 of Carigara, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CAD LOT 383, COVERED BY TAX DECLARATION NO. 08-11014-00366 AND PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NO. 044-11-014-06-003, OWNED BY PABLO RECILLA, LOCATED AT BARUGOHAY CENTRAL CARIGARA, LEYTE, WITH A TOTAL LAND AREA OF THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY (3,530) SQUARE METERS FROM AGRICULTURAL TO RESIDENTIAL USE”. RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY with CONDITION pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 as authorized by Section 20 of the Code, per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated March 7, 2023.
19. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 083-23 of Leyte, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF VIDEOKE, KARAOKE, AMPLIFIED AUDIO DEVICES, AND LOUD SOUND SYSTEMS WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF MUNICIPALITY OF LEYTE”. RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160, per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated March 2, 2023.
21. Presented for consideration is the AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE executed by HON. CATALINA C. PANUGAN, Barangay Captain of Barangay Cabalhin, Calubian, Leyte, relative to her Administrative Case (OMB CASE IC-OVT-21-0034) forwarded to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for Grave Abuse of Authority against Hon. Eugenio A Ching et. al.
23. Presented for consideration is a letter dated March 23, 2023 from Honorable Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla requesting RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY for the Provincial Governor to file with the Register of Deeds, Tacloban City, an AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM over the Leyte Park Hotel property and such other documents connected thereto.
