Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 492 of Babatngon, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING KATUWANG SA DIWA AT GAWA PARA SA MASAGANANG ANI AT MATAAS NA KITA (KADIWA) NG PANGULO.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 23, 2025.
02. Presented for consideration is is Ordinance No. 2025-09 of Tanauan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES ON THE PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUS OF EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, LEYTE.” The Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 21, 2025, commented that the subject ordinance is within the legislative authority of the Sangguniang Bayan, HOWEVER it is noted that EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 61,dated June 3, 2024, particularly Sec. 1, suspends the implementation of AO No. 25 (s.2011) and EO No. 80 (s.2012)and other relevant issuances pending review of the RBPMS and PBI System. Any local issuance inconsistent -with this directive maybe rendered ineffective.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 166 Series of 2024 of San Isidro, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE MANDATING NEW CURFEW HOURS FOR CHILDREN FROM 9:30 O’CLOCK IN THE EVENING TO 4:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING, PRESCRIBING THE PROPER PROCEDURE FOR THEIR APPREHENSION AND CUSTODY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, THEREBY AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 02-03 SERIES OF 2002.” Subject ordinance is resubmitted per SB Resolution No. 2025-072 citing corrections on the 4th Whereas of Ord. No. 166 as noted in SP Res. No. 2024-430.
