11.               Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 25-07 of Inopacan, Leyte entitled “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ONLINE SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION MATERIALS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd indorsement dated July 28, 2025.

12.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2025 of Carigara, Leyte in the amount of Php30,949,877.74 under Ordinance No. 2025-230. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 30, 2025, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 for CY 2025 in the amount of Php33,982,373.45.

13.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2025 of Carigara, Leyte in the amount of Php2,865,394.32 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-231. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 30, 2025, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 3 for CY 2025 in the amount of Php926,000.00.

14.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated August 7, 2025 from Agnes C. Rafon, Chairperson, PLUC and OIC-PPDC, furnishing the August body the Certificate of Compliance for the Municipality of Tunga, Leyte for meeting all the requirements, comments and recommendations from the Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC), hence, endorsing the 2024-2033 CLUP and Zoning Ordinance of Tunga, Leyte.

15.               Presented for consideration is a letter from Vivian L. Claros, PGDH, PSWDO, requesting inclusion of a review relative to proposed revision/amendment to the Provincial Ordinance No. 2017-01 series 2017, known as “The Revised Leyte Children’s Welfare Code of 2017”.

16.               Presented for consideration is a copy of a Motion for Partial Reconsideration from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) relative to Application by Energy Development Corporation (EDC) for authority to develop, own,and operate dedicated point- to- point Limited Transmission Facilities to connect the Tongonan Battery Energy storage system to the Visayas Grid, with motion for provisional authority and for confidential treatment of information.
