01.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 507 Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Babatngon, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE LOCALIZED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE RICE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE AYUDA PARA SA KAPOS ANG KITA PROGRAM (AKAP) IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BABATNGON, LEYTE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR ITS OPERATION, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE, same is recommended for  the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
02.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 508 Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Babatngon, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE DATABASE OF SKILLED WORKERS IN BABATNGON, LEYTE, MANDATING ALL BARANGAYS TO COLLECT INFORMATION ON SKILLED RESIDENTS, AND CREATING A WEBSITE TO FACILITATE JOB MATCHING AND PROMOTE LOCAL TALENT, same is recommended for its declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
03.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2025-018 of the Municipality of Sta. Fe, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WATER CONSERVATION PROGRAM IN THE MUINICIPALITY OF STA. FE, LEYTEsame is recommended for its declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
04.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2025-22 of the Municipality of Tanauan, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING RISK EXPOSURE INCENTIVE AND OTHER BENEFITS TO ALL QUALIFIED REGULAR, CASUAL AND JOB ORDER EMPLOYEES OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TANAUAN, LEYTE DURING CALAMITIES AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS”,  same is recommended for its declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
05.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2025-23 of the  Municipality of Tanauan, Leyte entitled: AN ORDINANCE  ESTABLISHING THE CHILDREN’S CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, LEYTE, PROMOTING THE RIGHTS AND WELFARE OF CHILDREN, ENSURING EQUAL ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION, PROVIDING SPECIAL PROTECTION, ENCOURAGING ACTIVE YOUTH INVOLVEMENT, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSESsame is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY  by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
06.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 19, Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Barugo, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BARUGO THERAPY CENTER FOR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OF BARUGO, LEYTE AS A LOCAL ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE (LEE)same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
07.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte entitled: AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE COMMITTEE ON ANTI-RED TAPE (CART) IN THE MUUNICIPALITY OF JARO, LEYTE, DEFINING ITS COMPOSITION, POWERS, AND FUNCTIONSsame is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
08.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 05, Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte entitled:AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE POLICIES, GUIDELINES AND RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PASALUBONG CENTER, A TOURISM-ORIENTED PROJECT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JARO, LEYTEsame is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.

10.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 07, Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte entitled: ORDINANCE INITIATING A SYSTEM FOR A PARTNERSHIP IN LOCAL GOVERNANCE BETWEEN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE OF JARO, LEYTEsame is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office  per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
11.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 24, Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Villaba, Leyte entitled: AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE CUTTING, REMOVING AND HARMING OF TREES WITHIN ONE (1) KILOMETER RADIUS OF THE VILLABA WATER SYSTEM PROJECT INTAKE STRUCTURES IN BARANGAY JALAS, AND BARANGAY ABIJAO”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office  per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
12.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 24L.25-001 of the Municipality of Kananga, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE OF GOVERNMENT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENTS OWNED BY THE MUNICIPAL MUNICIPAL GOVENRMENT OF KANANGA, LEYTE”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
13.               Presented for consideration is City Ordinance No. 03, Series of 2025 of the City of Baybay, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LOCAL LITERACY COORDINATING COUNCIL IN THE CITY OF BAYBAY AND FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
14.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No.2025-15 of the Municipality of Hilongos, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PERTINENT PROVISIONS OF THE HILONGOS INVESTMENT INCENTIVE CODE OF 2018 AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
15.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 25-09 of the Municipality of Inopacan, Leyte, entitled: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING GUIDELINES ON THE ACCREDITATION OF CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS AND SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES TO THE LOCAL SPECIAL BODIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
17.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated August 4, 2025 from Atty. Apollo A. Maguale, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Bukidnon transmitting the original copy of  Resolution No. 2025-067 (28th SP) entitled: A RESOLUTION STRONGLY SUPPORTING HOUSE BILL NO. 10748, INTRODUCED BY REPRESENTATIVE MARCELINO C. LIBANAN, ENTITLED: “AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN UNDERSEA TUNNEL OR BRIDGE FROM THE PROVINCE OF SORSOGON TO THE PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR which was passed during the 4th Regular Session of the 28th Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bukidnon.
27.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Pastrana, Leyte  amounting to Php11,164,450.01 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 37, series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 24, 2025 together with  Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 02 CY2025 amounting to Php5,854,634.41.
28.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2025 of the Municipality of Palompon, Leyte amounting to Php19,638.089.11 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 506-080925. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 24, 2025 together with  Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 02 CY 2025 of the same amount.
29.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Villaba, Leyte amounting to Php11,024.107.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 28, 2025 together with  the Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2025 amounting to 19,523,107.00.
30.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2026 of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte amounting to Php199,251.654.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 25-006. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated November 28, 2025 together with Annual Investment Program CY 2026 amounting to Php203.843.654.00.
31.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget No. 02 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Matag-ob, Leyte amounting to Php6,022,384.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated November 28, 2025 together with Annual Investment Program CY 2026 of the same amount.
